How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing can take up to 1-3 business days not including the day that you ordered for hair. Shoe orders can take up to 1-2 weeks to process.

Everything is preordered!! Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available in no less than 24 hours

Are samples of the hair available?

No we do not provide samples

Can I make changes to my order?

Due to the fact that we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, we are unable to adjust any request after your payment is completed within 24 hours

Do we offer refunds on any products?

All sales are FINAL after 14 days!!! So there are no refunds or exchanges after 14 days.
