How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing can take up to 1-3 business days not including the day that you ordered for hair. If the Hair is in the category of "Ready To Ship" then there is no processing time the order will be ready to be sent as soon as purchase has been made.
Everything is preordered besides " Ready to Ship" category! you will receive a tracking slip first then 2 days after tracking slip has been made your order will be shipped. Shipping may take 1-3 business days. Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available in no less than 24 hours

Are samples of the hair available?

No we do not provide samples

Can I make changes to my order?

Due to the fact that we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, we are unable to adjust any request after your payment is completed within 48 hours

Do we offer refunds on any products?
