I received items and one was broken
Three days later look down and crocs and another item had broke and fell off
I emailed and sent picture of broken item I received but no one has responded

so sorry to hear that Jeannette we haven't received an email from you but we will look into helping you more with your items and getting the situation straightened

I lived my charms, they looked good, nice quality, took awhile to arrive but their communication level is top tier, they actually answer the phone and was very professional…. I just ordered 8 more… recommend 10/10!!!
